From its inception in 1974, Fluid Controls has engaged in original R&D and has had an ethos of developing products that are indigenous replacements of imported product. Its founder, Dr Y.E. Moochhala, left his career in the US and laid the foundation of Fluid Controls because he was a strong believer in a self-reliant India.
