DESIGN SERVICES
Fluid Controls offers customers design services for special requirements. We work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions for them. Our services include:
- 2D and 3D modeling
- Finite Element Analysis
- Prototyping and testing
For our railway customers, we offer engineering services for brake piping layouts, conversion engineering and design of special connectors.
PIPING ASSEMBLY SERVICES
As an extension of our design and supply services, Fluid Controls offers clients piping assembly services. Based on client designs, we form tubes and install fittings and valves on the tubing assembly. The piped assembly can be easily integrated into the customer skid or panel.
INSTALLATION SERVICES
For our railway customers, Fluid Controls offers clients on-site or off-site installation services of brake piping. Our services include tube formation, connector fitment and mounting of piping. We have recently introduced pre-piped assemblies for brake piping to facilitate installation and ensure faster turnarounds.
