Rolling stock is the duty that finds connections. A brake pipe on a bogie sees vibration continuously, thermal movement seasonally, and salt air wherever the route runs near a coast, and none of that shows up in a pressure test. EN 61373 is the shock and vibration standard the rail industry qualifies to; Fluid Controls holds type-test certificates against it, together with salt mist to IEC 60068-2-52 and the IACS P2.2-12 requirement. The vibration and impulse-with-vibration methods of ISO 19879 are separately on our own accredited scope, so ongoing testing can be run here.

What we can show
Type-test certificates
Vibration to EN 61373 and ISO 19879, and salt mist to IEC 60068-2-52, published on the certifications page.
Rail-specific customised testing
Fluid Controls has built a customised test ring that checks leakage across multiple pipelines, some deliberately misaligned, at customer-specified frequency ranges.
Products qualified to EN 61373
No catalogue model lists EN 61373 among its approvals yet. The certificates that cite it are in the certificates library.
