Tube Assemblies
Bent or cut-length tube with connectors assembled on each end, designed and validated in house and tested before despatch.
From the layouts or designs a customer provides, Fluid Controls forms the tubes and installs the fittings and valves on them, so the piped assembly integrates straight into a skid, panel or underframe. Each assembly is designed in house and goes through 3D modelling, FEA and prototyping before bulk production. Supplied as assemblies, they simplify inventory at the customer's end and shorten the time between delivery and installation.
