隐私政策
本隐私政策说明我们通过本网站收集哪些个人信息、收集目的、保存期限以及您享有的权利,依据印度《2023 年数字个人数据保护法》制定,对欧盟访问者同时适用 GDPR。
Who we are
Fluid Controls Limited is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Data Controller under the GDPR, for personal data collected through this website.
Registered office: Gat. No. 378/1 (Part), Kharabwadi, Talegaon-Chakan Road, Khed, Maharashtra 410501, India. CIN U29120PN1981PLC232367.
This website does not keep a database of visitors. When you send an enquiry or apply for a job, the message is delivered to a Fluid Controls mailbox by email and is not retained on the website's servers. There is no customer account, no login and no stored applicant record on the site itself. What we hold afterwards, we hold in our own business systems, described below.
What we collect and why
Enquiry and quotation forms — your name, company, work email, country, telephone where given, and the content of your enquiry. Used to respond and to route your enquiry to the correct desk: sales, exports or rail projects.
Job applications — the details you submit and your curriculum vitae. Delivered to our HR mailbox and used only to assess your application.
Documents — our catalogues, datasheets and certificates are published on this website without registration, and we do not ask for your details in order to give you a document. Where you instead ask us to send you a datasheet, a CAD model or a certification pack, we take the work email and company you give us so that we can send it.
Analytics — aggregated usage information with IP truncation enabled, collected only if you accept optional cookies, to understand which pages are useful.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics data is processed only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for the period necessary to service the relationship and to meet our legal obligations, under our records retention and protection policy. Job-application data is used only to assess the application and is deleted at the end of the retention period stated in our recruitment notice. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
Who has access
Your data is accessible to the Fluid Controls team handling your enquiry, and to the service providers that deliver our mail and serve this website, who act on our instructions under contract and may not use it for any other purpose. We do not sell personal data.
Where your data is held
Enquiries and applications are delivered by email to Fluid Controls mailboxes in India. The website itself is served from a global content delivery network, which means the pages you read may be served from a location near you; that delivery does not involve your personal data.
For visitors in the EU or the UK: personal data you send us travels to India, which does not hold an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Where a transfer requires a contractual safeguard, we use the standard contractual clauses published by the relevant authority.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, ask us to restrict processing or to port your data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing.
Under India's DPDP Act you may also nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
How quickly we respond
We answer a request to be informed, a request for access and a request for portability within one month. We act on a request to correct within one month, on a request to erase or to restrict processing without undue delay, and on an objection on receipt.
Where personal data is obtained from someone other than you, we tell you within a reasonable period and in any event within one month of obtaining it.
If something goes wrong
Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we inform the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours, under our information security incident response procedure.
If a breach affects your data, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and, where required, notify you directly.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the website to function, and optional analytics cookies which load only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time. Our cookie policy explains each cookie individually.
