Double Ferrule Fittings

Double ferrule tube fittings, also called twin ferrule fittings, make a leak-tight and reusable connection on instrumentation tubing. Each fitting is four pieces: the body, the front ferrule, the back ferrule and the nut. Tightening drives the front ferrule into a seal against both the body and the tube, while the back ferrule grips the tube so the joint holds under vibration and thermal cycling. Supplied 1/16"–2" / 3–38 mm in SS 316, Brass, Monel, with NPT, ISO Taper (BSPT), ISO Parallel RP, ISO Parallel RS threads. Certified to ASTM F1387-99 (2012), ANSI B31.1, ABS, PED. The range covers unions, elbows, tees and crosses, bulkhead fittings, male and female connectors and adapters, reducers, ferrules and end closures.
