Remote Mounting 5 RM1
Model 5 RM1 carries two process isolation valves, one equaliser valve and two drain / vent valves on SEPARATE connections, in one compact block. It is designed for remote mounting away from the differential pressure instrument, joined by tube or pipe impulse lines.
Connections are threaded; the most popular sizes are given below and others are made to suit different sizes and standards.
Dimensions are for the standard 54 mm (2 1/8 in) instrument connection centre distance, which is what most instruments use. The manifold is also made for other centre distances — 55 mm, 56 mm and 57 mm — with dimensions to suit; ask for those. Process and instrument connections are 1/2" NPT (F) and the drain / vent is 1/4" NPT (F). A test port on the process side with a plug is available as an option. Two mounting bolts to IS 1364-1960 are supplied.
