Five-Valve T-Type
Model 5 TM1 is the "T" type, designed for direct mounting on differential pressure instruments. It carries two process isolation valves, one equaliser valve and two drain / vent valves in a compact block. The process connection is threaded for connection by tube or pipe fittings.
Dimensions are for the standard 54 mm (2 1/8 in) centres on both the instrument and the process connections, and are available for other centres on request. The thread details given are the standard popular sizes; other thread standards are made to suit.
The process connection is 1/2" NPT (F), the instrument connection is flanged and the drain / vent is 1/4" NPT (F). A mounting bracket with U bolts and the kit to fit it to a 2" NB stanchion pipe stand or a wall is ordered separately. A test port on the process side with a plug is available as an option. Four mounting bolts and two PTFE or Viton interface seals are supplied.
