Four-Valve Direct Mounting

Double isolate / vent block for services where the process fluid must not be contaminated, with a tamper-proof vent handle.

Four-Valve Direct Mounting

Designed for differential pressure instruments on services where the process fluid must not be contaminated. The block double-isolates, and the vent / drain valve carries a tamper-proof handle that is removed after operation — the arrangement to use with hazardous fluids, where a vent left openable is the risk.

Dimensions are for the standard 54 mm (2 1/8 in) instrument connection centre distance, which is what most instruments use. The manifold is also made for other centre distances — 55 mm, 56 mm and 57 mm — with dimensions to suit; ask for those.

Process and drain connections are 1/4" NPT (F), 1/4" BSPT (F) or 10 mm OD tube, and the instrument connection is flanged. Four mounting bolts to IS 1364-1960 and two PTFE or Viton interface seals are supplied.
