Steam Service

For power generating equipment on superheated steam, to boiler regulations, with a butt-weld process connection and an M20 drain.

A manifold

Steam Service

A manifold very popular with power generating equipment, especially with superheated steam, conforming to boiler regulations. FC publishes it under the range's own name; it is the superheated-steam manifold in the three-valve range.

The process connection is 13.5 × 2.6 butt weld, the instrument connection is flanged and the drain is M20 × 1.5 (M). Materials are A 105 carbon steel and A 182 / A 479 Gr F 304SS and F 316SS.

It is the one manifold in these ranges tested at a higher pneumatic seat pressure — 60 kg/cm² rather than 40 — with the hydrostatic body and seat tests unchanged at 620 and 413 kg/cm². Four mounting bolts to IS 1364-1960 and two PTFE or Viton interface seals are supplied.

Max working pressure
up to 620 kg/cm² body / 413 kg/cm² seat (hydrostatic test)
Body materials
A 105, A 182 / A 479 Gr F 304SS, A 182 / A 479 Gr F 316SS
