Two-Valve Direct Mounting

PTM 6's valve arrangement on a flanged instrument connection, so the transmitter mounts straight onto the manifold.

A manifold

Two-Valve Direct Mounting

Two valve manifold is designed in a single block with female screwed inlet and outlet port combining isolation valve and vent / calibration valve. Generally used on static pressure transmitters, switches or gauges.

The direct mounting manifold keeps PTM 6's arrangement — vent valve on the side, isolation valve angled off the top, drain in front — but replaces the screwed instrument port with a flange, so the transmitter bolts directly to the manifold and the impulse pipework between them disappears.

The process connection is 1/2" NPT (F). The drain / vent is 1/4" NPT (F) as standard with 1/2" NPT (F) optional. A drain plug is available as an option. Two mounting bolts to IS 1364-1960 and one PTFE or Viton interface seal are supplied with the manifold.
