Three-way pressure instrument manifold

The screwed three-way manifold: female process, gauge and drain ports in one block, in a straight and a right-angle pattern.

A manifold

Three-way pressure instrument manifold

Two valve manifold is designed in a single block with female screwed inlet and outlet port combining isolation valve and calibration / vent valve. Generally used on static pressure transmitters, switches or gauges.

Two patterns are offered. The straight type, Model No. 2 MNV, takes process, gauge and drain in line; Angle Type II puts the gauge in line with the drain / vent and brings the process in at a right angle. Both are 70 mm across the block, 98 mm to the first valve centre and 110 mm overall, in every port combination FC lists.

Ports are 1/2" and 3/4" NPT (F) and 1/2" BSP (F), with 1/2" and 3/4" nipple butt / socket weld process ends available against female NPT gauge and drain ports. The drain port can be taken at 1/4" where the process and gauge ports are 1/2".
