Clamping of pipes in installations is required for purposes of damping vibrations, providing support to the installation and preventing loosening of joints and welds. Fluid Controls Single-bore DIN 3015 Standard duty & Heavy duty tube and pipe clamps, with their unique 4-rib construction design, prevent the transmission of vibrations from the pipe to the frame and vice versa. They also provide rigid support to the pipe both in the lateral and longitudinal directions, relieving stresses caused by unequal movements in the pipeline. Clamp material differs to suit relatively cold conditions through to high temperatures up to 550 °C.

- Heavy duty bodies for heavy pipes and high vibration, trench layouts and open-weather conditions.
- May be used with or without a top plate, depending on the vibration expected.
- Weld plate, channel, vertical and back-to-back multi-clamp mounting arrangements.
- Ordered by group (Standard duty-0S to 8S, Heavy duty-1H to 8H) and pipe OD in mm.
