Non Return Valve – PN 400 Single Ferrule Metric Tube Ends

The NRD series is the single ferrule metric member of the non return range: free flow in one direction, shut-off in the other, on tube ends made to DIN 2353, BS 4368 and IS 8805 for metric tube sizes.

It is supplied in two series. The L series covers 6 mm to 42 mm at PN 250, the S series 6 mm to 38 mm at PN 400. Cracking pressure is 0.3 to 0.5 kg/cm² as standard and special cracking pressures are available. Seals are BUNA-N or Viton; bodies are A 105 carbon steel, A 479 SS304, A 479 SS316, Monel or Hastelloy, with carbon steel zinc plated and dichromated and stainless left natural.

The same valve is available in inch OD tube to BS 3601 / 3602 / 3005 from 1/4" to 1.1/2" OD, and in nominal bore pipe to BS 1387-1957 and ANSI B36.10 / B36.19 from 1/8 NB to 1.1/2 NB. O-ring weld nipple ends are offered in the PN 400 series — prefix the part number with W, as WNRD-16-S.
