Features
- 'H' type five-valve manifold connected to the orifice plate, with a choice of two isolation valves.
- Isolation ball valve: one end instrument flange to the five-valve process side, the second end to suit the orifice plate assembly.
- Isolation needle valve: one end instrument flange to the five-valve process side, the second end to suit the orifice plate assembly.
- Temperature up to 540 °C (1004 °F)
- pressure 6000 PSIG (PN 400).
- Gland packing PTFE up to 180 °C, Graphite with Inconel inhibitor from 180 °C to 540 °C.
- Material as per customer requirement.
- Made and tested in house, with complete component traceability.
