ISO 16028 Flat Face Quick Release Connector
The flat face pattern to ISO 16028, in five sizes from 1/4" to 1" with BSP or NPT female threads. Flat face couplings present a flush face on both halves when uncoupled.
Working pressure runs from 220 to 350 bar (3000 to 5000 psi). Where the duty needs more, the screw-type form of the same ISO 16028 pattern takes 500 to 550 bar.
The connector seals and locks the joint to contain internal pressure and to resist any tensile force tending to pull it apart, and is disconnected without tools by disengaging the locking mechanism and separating the parts.
