Corrugated Metallic Hose – Braided
The braided form of the ISO 10380 corrugated metal hose. A stainless steel braid in AISI 304 or AISI 316L is laid over the same annular corrugated core in AISI 304, AISI 321 or AISI 316L, in sizes from 4 mm to 100 mm.
The braid raises the working pressure from the unbraided hose's 1 to 26 bar to 19 to 153 bar, over the same -68°C to 200°C service range and the same steam, air and high temperature fluid duty. It suits high temperature applications and abrasive environments.
Connectors are attached by welding or brazing rather than crimping, a fitment Fluid Controls carries out in-house.
