Corrugated Metallic Hose – Non-Braided
An annular corrugated flexible metal hose to ISO 10380, supplied without braiding. The hose is stainless steel in AISI 304, AISI 321 or AISI 316L, in sizes from 4 mm to 100 mm.
Without braiding the hose holds 1 to 26 bar, and carries steam, air and high temperature fluids from -68°C to 200°C. It suits high temperature applications and abrasive environments, where rubber and thermoplastic hose will not serve. Where the duty needs more pressure, the braided form of the same hose takes 19 to 153 bar.
Connectors are attached by welding or brazing rather than crimping, a fitment Fluid Controls carries out in-house.
