PTFE Hose – Single Metallic Braided
The single braided form of the PTFE hose: a sintered polytetrafluoroethylene core with a single braiding of 304 series stainless steel wire over it.
The braid raises working pressure to 44 to 224 bar depending on tube size and extends the size range to 3 mm through 28 mm. The hose carries all fluids from -54°C to 260°C, keeping the PTFE core's chemical resistance, non-contamination properties and low coefficient of friction. The applicable standard is SAE J517-100R14 and the hose is available with electrical and non-electrical conductive cores.
All PTFE and metal braided hoses are built to internal Fluid Controls standards.
