Rubber Hose EN 857
Compact steel wire braid hydraulic hose to EN 857 in 1SC and 2SC types, rated 88 to 400 bar for narrow installations.

Hoses & Hose Connectors
Rubber Hose EN 857
EN 857 carries the same construction as EN 853 — one high tensile steel wire braid for the 1SC type and two for the 2SC — in a compact hose built for equipment piping where the installation space is compact and narrow.
Working pressure runs from 88 to 400 bar, with the published application band for petroleum and water based fluids at 80 to 400 bar. Continuous service temperature is -40°C to 100°C, the lowest cold limit of the wire braid hoses. It is built to EN 857-1SC and EN 857-2SC / ISO 11237-1.
Hoses are quality checked at source and undergo the tests the customer specifies — burst, proof, leakage and impulse — witnessed by Fluid Controls inspectors or by a third party inspector.
